Terms & Conditions for Event Catering
*Minimum 20 portions per item/meal per order.
*All orders include all warmers and platters, sweet tea and lemonade, disposable plates, napkins and utensils.
*A 30% event fee is added to all orders and covers basic administrative costs, taxes, disposable supplies, delivery and setup. It does not include labor or gratuity.
Service fees are applied to the subtotal of the invoice.
*Labor costs are $180 per attendant for four hours of event time, you are not charged for standard setup and breakdown time. All full service events require a minimum of two attendants. One additional attendant per 50 guest over 100 guests is required. Signature services such as butlered appetizers, signature displays and Chef action stations will require one additional attendant per 50 guests.
Labor costs do not include gratuity. Gratuity is always appreciated for great service but is not required.
*Delivery up to 50 miles from Town Center, Virginia Beach is included.
A charge of $3 per mile is applied for deliveries over 50 miles.
