Our Signature Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie is our most popular cocktail hour item! For full service events it is displayed on our custom burnt wood charcuterie boards, for drop off service it is displayed "chalkboard" style.

Halloumi & Blueberry Salad
Spring mix, torch seared halloumi cheese, fresh blueberries, sliced almonds and honey vinaigrette.
Lobster, shrimp and blue crab with English cucumbers and red onion in a lemon dill non-fat greek yogurt dressing. These can be served a variety of ways such as "lobstah" roll style, over mixed greens, in lettuce cups or our bamboo cones.
Gourmet Grilled Chicken Salad
Our gourmet grilled chicken salads are made with a non-fat greek yogurt dressing. It is available in a variety of flavors such as cranberry pecan, blue cheese and walnut and pineapple curry. We serve it as a platter with crackers, in lettuce cups and in our bamboo cones.
Hand Rolled Lumpia
Our hand rolled lumpia comes with sweet and sour dipping sauce and is available in veggie, beef or pork.
Roasted Cremini Mushrooms
Our roasted cremini mushrooms are stuffed with your choice of garlic and herb potatoes, sage sausage dressing or lemon horseradish lump crab.
Blue Crab Fresca
Our blue crab fresca is made with fresh lump blue crab, pineapple and fresh pico de gallo.
New Zealand Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin
Our New Zealand Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin is seasoned with herbs de provence and roasted to medium rare. We hand shave it and serve it with fresh arugula, horseradish cream, red wine demi glace and fresh baguette slices.
Dark Cherry and Stout Glazed Cocktail Meatballs
Our Cocktail Meatballs are available in a traditional cocktail glaze, dark cherry and stout glaze or Swedish style.
Our Swedish Meatballs are available on our Hors D'oeuvres Menu or as an entree on our Signature Events Menu.
Our Mermaid Crostinis have fresh sliced strawberries, goat cheese, candied pecans and a poppy seed drizzle served on baguette slices.

Our sesame seasoned Ahi tuna is torch seared and served over seaweed salad with sushi ginger and wasabi peas in our bamboo cones. It is also available on cucumber slices.

Our Jumbo Lump Chesapeake Crab Cakes are made with fresh blue crab meat, Old Bay and minimal filler. They are served with our lemon dill horseradish cream and are available as an Hors D'oeuvre or as an entree on our Signature Buffet.
White Sea Bass
Our White Sea Bass is available on our Signature Buffet and can be prepared with a variety of flavors such as francese, teriyaki or orange bitters glaze.
Grilled Chicken Francese
Our Grilled Chicken Francese is available on our Signature Buffet and is prepare with grilled chicken breast, bowtie pastas, lemon, parsley, white wine and olive oil.
Grilled Chicken Alfredo

Vegan Loaded Risotto
Our Vegan Loaded Risotto can be a side or main entree for your vegan and gluten free guests. We cream arborio rice with coconut milk and vegetable stock and load it up with fire roasted tomatoes, spinach and cremini mushrooms.
We have many breakfast selections and one of them is our Easy Continental which includes freshly made drop scones!

Our Private Chef Dinners have custom built menus. Our Chefs will come to your home and cook a 4-6 course plated meal for you and your guests. One of our most popular offerings is our New Zealand Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin served over Wild Mushroom and White Truffle Risotto topped with Jumbo Lump Crab adn Sage Butter and drizzled with Dark Red Wine Demi Glace.
