Terms & Conditions for Event Catering
*Minimum 20 portions per order, per item.
*All orders include all hot box drop off, disposable platters, sweet tea and lemonade. Disposable utensils, plates and cups are available for an additional $1.50 per person. Wire stand and sterno setup for drop off events are an additional $25 per hot item and disposable plates, utensils and cups are $1.50 per guest and subject to product availability; real chaffer setups are included in all full service events. Tables, linens and ice are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
*A 30% event fee is added to all orders and covers basic administrative costs, our event coordinator's commissions, the non alcoholic beverage station of sweet tea and lemonade, cake cutting (if needed), packaging costs, delivery and setup. It does not include full service labor, gratuity or meal taxes.
Service fees and meal taxes are applied to the subtotal of the invoice.
*Labor costs are $180 per attendant for four hours of event time, you are not charged for standard setup and breakdown time. One attendant per 50 guest is required. Signature services such as butlered appetizers, signature displays and Chef action stations will require one additional attendant per 50 guests.
Labor costs do not include gratuity. Gratuity is always appreciated for great service but is not required.
*Delivery up to 50 miles from Town Center, Virginia Beach is included.
A charge of $3 per mile for drop off events is applied for deliveries over 50 miles. Full service travel fees will depend on the number of attendants traveling.
