Torch Seared Ahi Tuna

Sesame crusted Ahi tuna over seaweed salad with wasabi peas and ginger

Served in mini bamboo cones



2nd Course, Plated

Colossal Shrimp Cocktail

U12 shrimp marinated in citrus and served with lemon horseradish


Neptune Salad

Lobster, shrimp and crab in lemon dill dressing with English cucumbers and red onion

Served in mini dishes with mini cocktail forks

3rd Course, Plated

Grilled Caesar

Baby romaine hearts, lemon pepper caesar dressing, parmesan and fresh croutons


Cayenne & Brown Sugar Bacon Wedge

Smokehouse blue cheese, balsamic, cherry tomatoes, fried onions
